Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to use the service. If underage players are found to have accessed and played, their accounts will be closed immediately and any remaining funds may be forfeited.

One Account Per Person

Each player may open only one account on ppg11. If duplicate accounts are opened using the same contact details, IP address, or payment methods, bonuses will be voided and the accounts will be closed.

Accurate Information Required

You must provide genuine personal information when registering. If an account with incorrect information attempts a withdrawal, ppg11 may carry out a verification check and, if necessary, require identity confirmation via your National Registration Card (NRC).

Account Security

First Deposit Bonus

New players at ppg11 can receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a total of 60,000 Ks to play with. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks).

Another example — if you deposit 320,000 Ks, the maximum bonus you will receive is 300,000 Ks, and the required wagering amount is 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.

Bonus Restrictions

• The bonus can only be claimed once per person, per account, and per payment method.
• If the bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus amount will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.
• If a player is found to be attempting to meet wagering requirements through strategies such as opposing Baccarat bets, we reserve the right to void the bonus.
• ppg11 reserves the right to modify or revoke bonus eligibility at any time.

VIP Tier Progression and Cashback

ppg11 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tiers are based on play volume and deposit activity, with weekly cashback ranging from 0.3% at Bronze to 1.5% at Diamond. VIP cashback is governed by ppg11's terms and cannot be withdrawn without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

Match Cancellation / Suspension

If a match that has only completed half its scheduled time is suspended but the governing body officially declares it as a full-time result, the outcome will be settled based on that announcement. In any dispute relating to a match, ppg11's decision is final.

Game Disconnection Response by Game Type

For games such as Live Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Shan Koe Mee, if the game software or server connection is lost, the bet amount for that round will be placed on hold and the result will be checked and settled once the connection is restored.

Service Interruption

ppg11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service at any time for server maintenance, technical upgrades, or with prior notice. ppg11 is not responsible for any gaming losses that occur during such periods.

Third-Party Operations

The service may involve third-party software providers, and ppg11's liability for issues related to their operations is limited to matters directly connected to the service server.

Loss Liability Limitation

Since gaming losses result from the player's own decisions, ppg11 has no obligation to compensate for such losses. If an incorrect credit to a player's account occurs due to a technical error, ppg11 has the right to recover those funds.
